Hello, I’m Kaylene!

I was born and raised in Northern California & moved to Reno, Nevada for college in 2011. I ended up falling in love with “The Biggest Little City” & met the love of my life. Growing up, my family always hosted the most incredible parties. The holidays were a perfect excuse to set a beautiful table and get dressed up & their annual Luau was something I looked forward to each year. I guess my passion for event planning is just in my blood!

I love taking clients’ ideas & concepts and bringing them to life while adding the Stay Awhile Events touch. To most people planning an event can be the most stressful thing, but to me party planning is my creative outlet. It’s one of the greatest feelings to be a part of someone’s special day from the ground up and see all of your hard work come to life. Helping make your day as picturesque, unique & stress-free as possible is what makes my job so enjoyable!
